Money
And for those worried about spending money on the euthanaisa treatment, and what would hppen to the economy, think about all the $$$ spent on keeping them alive. Tubes. Medicine. Treatment. Hospice. Especially to those who don't even want to live anymore, and are being forced to do all this. The money saved from not wasting on meds to those who don't want it would balance out. I'm not saying stop medical treatments all together, medicine is great and has helped many people, but sometimes, its just not wanted.

passive euthanasia
passive euthanasia makes no sense. Preventing someone to eat and drink till they die of starvation or dehydration is worse than euthanasia. what is the difference between euthanasia and passive euthanasia. arent they both murder? i believe that they are both wrong and everyone should live their live to the fullest. i can see why it should be legal because of the pain one must endure, but that is nothing compared to hell.

Passive Euthanasia
Its called passive euthanasia when you have someone on feeding tubes, and you stop feeding them, giving them water, and refrain from giving them medicine. So instead of letting them die slowly and painfully, why not give them a helping hand and let them die with dignity?

We Are Their Voices!!!!
Okay,so im against animals being killed.I dnt get why we should decide to take their life.Yeah i mean there are some behavior issues or just "bully" animals i get that. But why shouldnt they get a fighting chance to survive.They just get judged by their breed and what someone brought them up to be.ITS NOT THEIR FAULT!!!! Were supposed to be their voices.But instead we jus tsay "oh another rotweiler or pit bull" and kill them.Or say "there isnt a chance for them to live or theyre too sick" well your wrong! We shouldnt decide to take their lives.Us taking our OWN lives is different.Its not any better.Its just as bad as murdering a human being.Arent we the ones killing them.MURDER!They dont want to die.You dont/wouldnt want someone to kill you without giving you a chance to pull through or even a family member.Well to some Pets are peoples cure and their children and their whole lives.We shouldnt take that away from someone!!!We need to stand BACK up and be their voices:)

Humane
We put animals down who are in pain, dying any ways because of tumor, cancer, or bad car accident, why not help out humans? I know they're not the same thing, but isn't it the same case?

it's in a sense murder. it's not suicide, cause the person's not doing it themselves. It would be like your mother is crippled and she tells you to shoot her, or push her off a cliff or something. It's the exact same thing, and would a sane person do that? I don't think so.

Not suicide
There is a difference between living and artificial life people were playing god in the first place when they put them in these situations. Letting them die isn't suicide it's humane.

Right to kill
This isn't the right to die, it's the right to die. You're giving someone the right to murder! There's no way to control this and eventually things will get out of hands (slippery slope effect) many such cases are already happening in the Netherlands.

If you think about it, no one can say this is right or wrong. Every person see's with different eyes. One that might harm one might be helping. But one to one might think thats wrong, but might be mercy.

You can save your family from financial ruin and I believe it would be just as painful if not more painful to make them watch thier loved one die a horrible death into which they are forced to go through.

Your Choice?
It should be your choice how you live, and when you die. If you can't kill yourself because of physical problems where you cannot move or because you can not stand to do it emotionally, then why not let a third party let you out of misery?
