If you spend girls nite out at a dance club, be prepared to sweat. There is nothing like dancing the night away to burn off a few calories and have a great time doing it.

Leaving Your Husband In Charge
Make sure you feed them dinner. Make sure they brush their teeth. If you let them stay up past 9, you're getting them up in the morning The thought of leaving your man in charge can be horrifying evoking visions of a toy factory explosion in your family room. Do you really want to come home to that?

Everyone in a long-term monogamous relationship has, at one point or another wondered, "what the heck was I thinking?" There's nothing like a trip to the local bar or nightclub to put those feelings to rest. You're there for one night with you're friends. There are people there who do this every single night of the week looking for Mr. or Ms. Right. You go home to your family - they go home to their cat.

Adult Fun
Do evenings out with the family usually involve a zillion other kids and a maze of indoor sliding boards? Family fun is wonderful, but we tend to forget that we're more than a wife and mom. Mixing it up in the adult world every now and again is just plain healthy.
